Creating a dapurtoto account is free and takes less than 5 minutes. Click the Register at the top of the page, fill in basic details such as your username, email address, phone number, and preferred password. Once the form is submitted, check your email for a verification link. Click the link and your account will be instantly active and ready to use.

You must be 18 years and above to register and play on dapurtoto. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived. dapurtoto takes seriously its responsibility to ensure the platform is only used by adults. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on dapurtoto. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of the platform's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated, including any credit balances held within them. Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings. There you can update your password, phone number, email address, and other personal details. To change your password, you will need to verify your current password first. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" function on the Login.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include MyKad (front and back), passport, or any official government-issued identity document from Malaysia. Ensure the document image is clear, not blurry, and all information is legible. The verification process is typically completed within 1–2 business days.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Dapurtoto supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank and other local bank transfers. In most cases, deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallets are credited to your Dapurtoto account instantly or within 1–5 minutes. Manual bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for immediate review.

Withdrawals at dapurtoto are processed within 1–3 business hours once the request is approved. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. Please ensure the bank account or digital wallet you registered is under the same name as your dapurtoto account to avoid delays.

Yes, deposit limits vary by payment method. Generally, the minimum deposit starts from RM 10 for most payment methods. Maximum limits vary depending on the method selected and your account level. Full details on limits for each method can be viewed on the Deposit before making any transaction.

A withdrawal request may be rejected for several reasons: KYC Incomplete, the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the bank account details do not match the name on your Dapurtoto account, or there is suspicious activity detected on the account. Check your email for a rejection notification, or contact our support team for further clarification.
Bonus & Promotions

The wagering requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling RM 500 before you can withdraw the related winnings.
